This was the best hotel among the others of my trip to Japan. The room is a bit small for 3 but they put me on the top floor (16th) and it is super clean and nice. Breakfast is great at the ground floor. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Beautiful building with everything setup to make sure the stay is comfortable and safe. Bonus is it is walking distance to the airport bus station with only 1 few minutes away!

The location of the hotel was great. 10mins walking distance to the city's shopping district. Cleaness of hotel was unacceptable. Upon the arrival to my room, found a lot of dust and bunch of hairs all over the carpet. and the glass cabinet was dusty. I requested a receptionist to clean the room. She said sorry and making sure the room'd be clean. The day 2 I saw a cleaner caming into my room. I asked him if he uses a hoover to clean the carpet.He replied yes. when I came back from sightseeing, the carpet was still the same. I contacted to the reception for the second tme. She said sorry this must be their fault. They will clean properly. I have stayed 5 days complained 4times even took pictures to show them. But nothing was changed. If you like to stay somewhere decent standard, stay away from this hotel.

While the room was the size of a normal “business hotel”, the updated styling makes one forget about the size of the room and enjoy the stay

The room is too tight to put three beds. There is no enough space to open a larger suitcase.

I stayed at low floor and it's a bit noisy. Hotel room is a bit small but very clean. Location is good though.
