The front desk was amazing, they were prompt and friendly despite my quick requests (due to an unforeseen circumstance) The hotel offers a lot of amenities, and it takes a while to get used to the floor plan, but i think it adds charm to the place. Complimentary breakfast service was also great! Overall great experience.

Overall had a good experience. Staff was great. Rooms were clean and secure. Checking took a long time (sort of a traditional hotel with lots of paperwork). Breakfast was decent but as westerners not a ton of options for my kids. Price was very reasonable. Overall happy with our stay

We liked the access to the gym, spa and the restaurants in the hotel. We liked having hot water and high water pressure. The property is beginning to show signs of aging and could use some work especially on the floor tiles.

Buffet breakfast foods are delicious with good options. Aircon is cool, a plus point. Economy rooms are small, bathroom/shower rooms are small. Water in the shower warms not enough for my liking. Elevators during my stay was under maintenance so i need to take the stairs to the 3rd floor, not so a problem if it is not steep, but it is! Overall, with the price, you can get a better room which are spacious and new in the nearby hotels.
