Staff was great, very helpful and gave us lot of tips. Breakfast was nice and service outstanding. Room was good, beds good, but average quality on the bed and the bed linens. Not an outstanding room, but worked ok for a short stay. Lots of steps to get down from parking to the hotel and from the hotel to town. There are many hotels in Nafplio where you can avoid the steps.

Fantastic view. Staff is very helpful especially Dorena with great advice for my onward travels to Sparta. It is a bit of an uphill hike to the hotel but the view is worth it.

We had a wonderful time for our 5 day stay, staff , especially Dorina and housekeeping lady were very sweet and accommodating helping with whatever needs we had. The property itself is located on top of the hill allowing for breathtaking views of the whole city and water, it is also located near a beach which was fantastic, as well as near a historic landmark of Palamidi Venetian Fortification which is a must to visit!!

Stayed three nights during our fist visit to Greece. Finding this hotel on foot was a bit of a challenge, but its lofty location gives it a beautiful view of the city & harbor. Lovely and quiet setting on the hillside. Wonderful staff, thank-you Sakis. Parking is above the property, and a rough cobblestone path to the hotel, they will send a video showing the route in, its not hard to follow. Enjoy this lovely little town.

A beautiful outdoor terrace to enjoy breakfast, cool indoor places for hanging out, and your own little deck overlooking Nafplio. The staff was super helpful and kind. The parking is a little tricky, but they clearly spell that out. There are quite a few stairs down to the heart of the town, but you're not in a hurry, right? We loved our stay.

This property was close to the square. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was great. Although the reviews say there is confusion about parking, we found it easy enough. Also, please note that at least there is parking. Many of the hotels do not have designated parking and we saw many people having to park a long ways from their hotel and gaving to carry their luggage theough the town. We did. It have to do this. Some of the reviews complain about the steps. Nafplio, like most places in Greece, has lots of steps. Walking up and down steps to get to and from the hotel is not uncommon. I would definitely go back to this hotel and recommend it.

Really excellent. No issues at all. - The room is excellent, modern, clean. The balcony was super nice. - The placement of the hotel is very convenient if you come by car. You can park at the designated area (they even send you a video of where it is) and then it's a short 4 minute walk down to the hotel. Just a few stairs to deal with. They even offer to help if you have a lot of luggage. (We were fine!) - The shower is amazing! - The hotel's common areas are very cool! - The host was super-helpful without being overbearing. Gave us all the information we needed. - I saw some critical reviews about the breakfast but I thought it was fine. It had some freshly made eggs and all the usual spreads, it was all pretty good and well laid out. And big plus, they don't force you to come at 7 - 8 am for it but rather ask you what time you prefer. We loved this place. Thank you so much!

This is a lovely property. It is difficult to locate because of its location! There are stairs outside and inside the hotel so for older or mobility challenging guests this could be an issue.

Gorgeous property with wonderful views

This is a gorgeous property with lovely views. Everything looks new and clean. Reception were very friendly and helpful. You park at the top of the hill and walk down a bit through the windy pathways and a couple steps. It was not real easy to find, but we finally did.
