"The bed was like sleeping on a concrete block....the staff were friendly abd tried to help by putting a topper on but the mattress was simply rock hard making for very uncomfortable sleep. The rest of the room and hotel was very good and wouldve got 5 stars, if not for the bed"

"Clean room, helpful staff, modern and beautiful. Air conditioning was a little noisy and hard to sleep if on at night. but everything else was amazing. Will definitely be stopping here again when visiting phetchabun "
