Nà Nạc Packages (Flight + Hotel)

The staff were friendly and accommodating, and our room was always clean. They let us store our luggage after checkout because our flight was at night, giving us time to explore more of Hanoi before leaving. I would definitely stay here again when I return to Hanoi, especially because of the wonderful staff!

The hotel staff were very welcoming and we got a cold drink and a cookie as they sorted out our check in. The bellhops were energetic, opening the door for us each time and quick to help carry bags. They were also happy to help carry bags to taxis etc. The rooms were neat and tidy and airconditioned. The breakfast room was small and could get crowded, depending on timings. It is nicely located in the French Quarter, in easy walking distance of Train Street if you want to have a drink by the side of the rail tracks while the train goes past. We had 2 separate stays of a night each and both rooms were good. It is a good value for money hotel in a convenient tourist part of Hanoi.

The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in. Our balcony room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were welcoming and helpful with planning tours and airport transfers. The rooftop bar was a great place to relax and enjoy the city views with happy hour drinks and delicious dinner options. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I had a really great stay at Signature du Lac. The staff were amazing, the property was lovely, and the food was excellent. I had dinner served at the rooftop bar, which was a nice touch. Breakfast was incredible, and the afternoon tea is definitely worth trying too. I also got a complimentary room upgrade, which was a lovely surprise. The room was wonderful! I’d recommend booking a room with a window, as some rooms don’t have one (this is clearly mentioned when booking). My only complaint would be the 4% surcharge for credit card payments. I noticed this at other hotels in Hanoi too, but I think it’s unnecessary and something they should reconsider. Other than that, I really can’t fault the place. They seem to get everything right, and I’d happily stay here again!
