The check-in was easy, the staff very courteous. The condo was clean, had all the amenities you initially need. It was simple, but very nice. We enjoyed staying on the first floor where we could step out and sit by the little lake which was full of ducks, geese and a couple of swans.

it was very kid friendly. I have 4 children ranging in age from 14 to 4 and had something for all ages. Condo was very clean and staff was great. This is my second time here and both visits were outstanding.

We stayed in a studio and it was absolutely beautiful! Extremely clean, tucked away from all the hustle and bustle but still close to plenty of restaurants. The shuttle to the beach is very convenient. So glad we found this gem.

We just got back from an incredible stay at the resort, and honestly, it was everything we hoped for. The room was spotless—you could immediately tell the staff took their cleaning seriously, which instantly made us feel comfortable and at home. The amenities really sealed the deal. Whether we wanted to relax or have a little fun, the resort had us covered with tons of options right on site. Looking back, it’s clear that the experience was worth every penny—the quality and convenience made the price feel totally justified. Birthday Getaway

The stay was good overall. Staff friendly, property very clean. Pool area was well kept, clean and plenty of towels for guest. My only issue was that the bed was soft and was like a mound in the middle of the bed ... like it was not flat. I never slept in a bed that felt like that before. I did get a good night sleep and the pillows were very fluffy and comfortable. My wife and I enjoyed our stay as we were celebrating her birthday. Would recommend this property to anyone.

This property offers a full size two bedroom condo along with excellent amenities. If you are looking for a property that is family friendly and is 5 minutes from everything, this is a great option. This was my second time staying at the Grand palms resort and i plan to be back.
