The hotel is beautiful; we had rooms with private pools that were the perfect size and temperature with a great view. Delicious breakfast. Quick walk to Tropicana, Cavo Paradisio, and a market for everything from sunscreen to souvenirs. The people were helpful and kind - they even went the extra mile to put birthday decorations and cake in our room!

Terriffic stay, amazing location

Great location on Paradise beach. Pool area was beauitful with an amazing view, and day beds were great. 2 minute walk to Tropicana beach club. Rooms were clean, and the resturant was pretty good.

Great Mykonos Hotel.

This was a beautiful place with an amazing view. Everyone was great. Breakfast was wonderful. The hotel was very clean & freshly painted white. The pool was beautiful & “trendy” Location was perfect- next to the super club Cavo & a party resort plus a close bus stop. The only downside was the small beach area that the hotel owned.

I was a little disappointed with the bar, it was only open for certain hours and did not have food. I was also disappointed with the shuttle service from the Port. I have scheduled a pickup 48 hours in advance, but when arriving, they claimed they had not received my message. There was also issues getting around the island from this hotel. They offered a shuttle service but it was a bit pricey. The lock to our door was also broken and we had a difficult time getting in most nights. The pool in our room and the shower were amazing! The location was close to Caso paradiso, if you plan to go there during your stay in mykonos. It was close to a couple great beach clubs.

The restroom inside our unit is pretty bad. You’ll have to keep the window open to tolerate the smell from the sewer drain inside the restroom. It’s practically impossible to keep the restroom dry as the shower will flood the floor and everything around it will get wet. I’m not complaining about the price but it definitely shouldn’t be an 8 or 9 star facility.

The hotel is nice and is convenient for the beach and go to the center is pretty easy because the bus stop is a couple blocks to the hotel ,and if you like the party Tropicana is on the way so you have the beach ,the party and the bus ,whatever you want to do is right there ,the breakfast it’s ok ,should be have more variety but over than that I like it

Chambre avec piscine excellente vue sur la mer et la baie de paradise beach. Si vous voulez la tranquillité absolue ce n’est pas le bon choix car les beach’s club débute la musique a 16h mais cela nous a pas déranger mais je le mentionne à titre informatif. L’hôtel est propre avec un très bon choix de déjeuner inclus. À distance de 10 minutes de l’arrêt de bus pour aller à Mykonos town et passe aux 30 minutes à 2€ par personne. L’arrêt est situé tout juste à côté d’un petit market où il y a de tout. La location de VTT peut se faire directement à l’hôtel.

Almost paradise

The location is excellent — perched above Paradise Beach with beautiful views, especially from the room, pool, and breakfast area. The free shuttle service was a big plus: they picked us up despite a flight delay and later drove us to the port free of charge. We appreciated the daily 1L water in the room. The bed was comfortable, and we slept well. The pool was also great. However, loud music from beach clubs continues late into the night — something to consider if you’re not there to party. Our “superior” room lacked thoughtful design: very little storage, no minibar, inconsistent style. Other rooms seemed brighter or more spacious. The bathroom had no shower curtain, and there was an occasional sewage smell. The toilet under the rim was dirty. The balcony had a stone bench — outdoor cushions would help. Breakfast was basic and could use more variety. Sunbeds were large round cushions, many visibly worn out. Adjustable loungers with backrests would improve comfort. Also, strong winds can make umbrellas unusable. Staff weren’t unfriendly, but we felt less visible as guests, especially as a same-sex couple. Male staff seemed more attentive to young women, and we struggled to get service. A smile or more proactive attention would help. Overall, great views and access, but for the price we expected a more polished and inclusive experience.

Hotel muito confortável, funcionários simpáticos e localização excelente. Gostei muito da localização pois a praia Paradise fica bem próxima de muitas outras e também a uma distância excelente do centro. O serviço de transfer para o aeroporto/Porto também é excelente. Só daria uma sugestão ao hotel: colocar um sensor para abertura do portão na saída do estacionamento ou um interfone pois, todos os dias que precisamos sair com nosso quadriciclo, tínhamos que ir até a recepção e pedir pra abrir ou então tínhamos que ligar pra recepção - o que não era funcional pois tinha o tempo entre sair do quarto e de fato sair com o quadriciclo. Chegamos a falar sobre isso na recepção do hotel mas a instrução era essa: ligar para avisar que ia sair. Acho que vale o hotel pensar nessa sugestão pois a estadia é maravilhosa e isso só melhoraria o serviço de vocês. No mais, super voltaria a me hospedar nesse hotel pois gostei muito. Para quem vai usar ônibus, tem uma estação de ônibus muito próxima do hotel também.
