"Great and helpful staff"

"I booked a Deluxe Studio Suite (323 sq ft), but upon check-in I was given a Pool Front Room (194 sq ft), which was a major disappointment. The room was significantly smaller than the one I had booked. To make matters worse, the door lock was broken, making it impossible to secure the room. As a result, I had to be moved to the room next door. During my stay, there was no hot water on two consecutive mornings, which was very frustrating. "Tout est excellent! L’accueil, la chambre, la propreté des lieux, la piscine, l’ambiance calme et sans parler du service! L’emplacement est idéal pour une visite au port et leur superbe terrasse pour le coucher de soleil. La vue est magnifique! Le meilleur petit déjeuner maison depuis le début de nos vacances. "Very small room and bathroom. Room condition is below average and not well maintained. Shower was almost not usable due to low pressure and bad mounting. Room was very stuffy and although in great location very hard to rest since door and windows were extremely thin and you could hear everything going around. Its also a distance and lots of steps to carry your luggage when you get dropped off from taxi and there was no help given by the management to store baggages or staff to help you out...

"The property was in an amazing location with a great view and short walk to center of town. Alexander was quick to fix one problem that we had. He even thought to ask us if we needed help booking a taxi, which we appreciated. The room had plenty of towels, soap and glasses for us to use, as well as a couple of coffee pods for us to get started."

"We absolutely loved our stay! The location is really nice. It is quiet and private, but only about a 30 second walk to the sea bus which takes you into the center of Mykonos town in a matter of minutes. The villa itself it beautiful, clean, and has a lovely view. The staff was wonderful and helpful. We will be back for sure!"
