"The care for the clients comfort was always number one for each interaction We had with staff. The rooms were cleaned expertly with great care. We were pleasantly surprised how central to most venues the hotel is located. A great value as well! My only concern was the gender bias nature of the culture. Only men were permitted in the sauna and swimming pool. My wife loves swimming as a daily exercise routine. Not having that available was a disappointment."

"Outstanding experience. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of the room and all the hotel areas was perfection. The room felt very luxurious and had plenty of space for all our luggage without being at all cluttered. The location was ideal as it was connected to a wonderful high-end department store and had an expansive food court with dozens of incredibly tasty food options. There was also a complete grocery store for those that would rather compose their own meals. My wife and I had an exceptional experience and we look forward to our next visit. Highly recommend to anyone wanting a memorable visit to Seoul."
