"Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The configuration of the room was very functional, and the room itself was clean. However, the air conditioner could have been cleaned more thoroughly, and its positioning was a little awkward. The couch and shelving were also starting to look and feel a bit dated.
The staff were helpful and efficient throughout our stay, particularly with the daily service. When a plumbing issue arose towards the end of our stay, they handled it promptly despite it being past midnight.
The location is a major advantage, being close to the train station and directly across the road from the airport bus drop-off point. It was also convenient for ride-share services and taxis. Ultimately, the great service and convenient location made for a positive experience overall."
