Rooms were clean but could benefit from a maintenance - eg there was a constant loud humming noise, apparently from the AC, during the night, the blackout curtain was broken midway and wouldn't move and you could feel the springs in the mattress of the pullout sofa. We loved the turndown service and the cleaners did an amazing job daily, the only negative with the room was the intensity of the doors closing…we could constantly hear doors slamming. The staff was so helpful. The pools were great and the restraints were wonderful too. We had an amazing server for breakfast each day at Ironwood and had a wonderful time at Bourbon Steak with Devin as our server. The only disappointing part was the spa and fitness area- you have to book a service to be able to sign up for a fitness class and it has to be that day. But all-in-all a very relaxing resort. "

"We loved everything about the jw except the pool was so overcrowded and no chairs by 9am because people save them all day. We paid a lot of money to stay here and apparently they let you buy day passes for the locals and it was just many people at the pool. So if you are coming for the pool, I would stay somewhere else."
