"Room was very dirty. Some areas of room looked like they hadn’t thoroughly cleaned since the last guest and some looked like they hadn’t done a deep clean in a very long time. It is not a hotel. It is a very old motel with only outside access. No elevator. Only room available was on the 2nd floor. At 90 years old, had to carry luggage up the stairs with no assistance. "

"Solid 4⭐️ stay near Jackson. We book a suite for our family of 4 and a single king bed for our nanny each time traveling through Jackson. Easy access to I20 and nearby food options, onsite bar and “market” options,” and large, clean rooms. Can’t be beat for the price!"

"The whole hotel smelled like smoke and marijuana. Our air didn’t work, had to be moved to another room which the bathroom wasn’t cleaned. Planned a getaway with my wife and booked a jacuzzi and then get there and one wasn’t available. Will never stay there again "

"I booked this room for a night for me and my family. First time walking through the door i instantly knew i should have booked elsewhere. The receptionist proceeded to take all info to get the keys he acted as if he didn’t even want to touch my driver license. as we proceeded to the room it was terrible from the time we got on the elevator the room had a smell it just appeared as nasty i didn’t even want to touch anything as my partner checked the corners of the bed and the sheets it was disgusting as if the sheets weren’t washed or anything we immediately went downstairs explained wanting a refund the receptionist refused as if he had a better room for us i said fine let’s see but i already knew i wasn’t staying we proceeded to the next room and it was the same feeling of course we checked the corner of the bed and it was a bunch of blacks spots as well as a freaking bug crawled from under by the pillows i was so disgusted immediately left and got a refund and for a person to not want to touch my driver license owns this disgusting hotel. i don’t have one good thing to say about this hotel"
