"Breakfast was amazing! Breakfast included eggs, sausage cold cuts, fruit. wonderful selection of local cheeses and a wide assortment of breads and pastries. Easy walking distance to old Basel. "
"Hotel locates in heart of Basel it may be good for business trip but not for us as a traveler. Only towels, soap and shampoo provided in bath room. We wish at least having a bottle of water. "

"We loved our stay at the Passage. It was very clean, well organized and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. While the suite didn't have a separate room, it was nice how far away the sofa bed was from the actual bedroom and, with a sound machine, we were able to feel like we had two separate spaces.
The bathrooms are very nice, but there were a couple quirky things
1. This would *not* be a suitable option for friends or multiple couples that like privacy. There is only a clear glass door...
"Excellent location, clean and well maintained. Bed was comfortable and room was much larger than we anticipated. Bettina checked us in and she was delightful. We left luggage at desk a few hours before check-in, and it was taken to our rooms before we returned. The hot beverages and croissants were also a pleasant surprise. "
