"The room was nothing like advertised, bed was small to the point that at 5'8 my feet were hanging off the bed not to mention it was hard as a rock, the fridge didnt work and the safe didnt even have a key. There was 0 sound proofing between rooms. You could hear the door to the elevator slam shut no matter what floor it was on throughout the night so we did not sleep at all. There was children screaming past midnight in the terrace area and the staff did nothing to quiet them down. We booked...

"The breakfast menu was fresh, and had so many options. The most I have ever seen, it really is a wow moment as far as breakfast goes, you will not be disappointed! Plus, the staff were lovely, and the shuttle to the airport made this a perfect stay."

"They got me a room early morning when I got off my cruise. That was great. However the pool wasn’t open and I was really looking forward to sunbathing on that day, thats primarily why I booked that hotel for the pool. They told me its cause they can’t get the staff? Virtually soundproof room, excellent for the music heard from the weekend entertainment, but the sound was heard through the door to the gallery outside the door. It didn’t bother me much. We enjoyed their buffet breakfast with fresh fruit and freshly cooked eggs. I couldn’t be more pleased with a hotel."
