"Nuestra estancia fue muy buena, solo el transporte del aeropuerto no fue el planeado, el hotel aunque cuenta con transporte no va por los pasajeros si no te comunicas 72 horas antes de la llegada para que ellos se programen, en su defecto ellos te envían un transporte privado pero tú lo tienes que pagar. Al llegar al hotel tuvimos algunas dificultades con el desayuno que aparentemente según la agencia que contratamos no lo habíamos incluido. La persona que nos recibió se llama Alonso Olivares, nos hizo las acomodaciones necesarias y nos instaló y durante nuestra estancia siempre estuvo al pendiente que estuviéramos bien y disfrutáramos del viaje. También Tania nos ayudó para que nos dieran un descuento en el desayuno y pues eso tomamos. No quisimos seguir teniendo más problemas porque no fue lo que planeamos, mejor decidimos gozar nuestra estancia en San José Costa Rica y disfrutar de sus alrededores. Asegúrense de verificar y confirmar directamente con el hotel antes de llegar para evitar contratiempos. Lección aprendida!! "

"Clean rooms"

"It is okay kind of hotel , but I am still not clear about $105 for extra guest fees. As I booked room for 2 adults. Absolutely not for family!!!!!! "

"The condo was clean but smelled of disinfectant. The smell was so unpleasant that I had to keep the window open all the time. Although the window stayed open for the entire time, the smell remained. As soon as I stepped into this condo, I called the BEE management and asked for a different condo, but the person in charge claimed this could not be provided and refused to reimburse me. Since the rate was not refundable, I had to spend two nights in this condo. There were many problems: 1) The wardrobe: The broom, cleaning pot, and cleaning stuff were in the wardrobe where you were supposed to hang the coats. The second wardrobe could not be used because the rod was too high up. 2) The towels were of a cheap material and did not smell nicely. It was not pleasant to use them. 3) There was no hair dryer. 4) The owner left coffee but no coffee filter. So, I could not make coffee. 5) There was no sponge to clean dishes, no kitchen towel. In short. 6) The price: Another guest whom I met in the building paid half the price for a similar condo on a lower floor. 7) Misinformation: On the website, the owner claimed that the condo is on the top floor. It was on a high floor (10) but certainly not the top floor. 8) There was no café or restaurant in the immediate vicinity. 9) View: Across from the building, there is an ugly construction site. In short, my experience was negative. I do not recommend renting this condo."

"Fantastic location, great for pickups on trips, secure. The hotel itself was modern, and the rooftop bar is a real treat. Breakfast was excellent and we were really disappointed to miss it on the second day due to an early collection. Big room, nice soaps. We got a bit of noise from the Aircon fans but earplugs masked this fine"

"Great location to all central sites. Spacious rooms! A/C units very loud though. Staff were friendly. Easy to park your car also. "
