"This is an exceptional property. The grounds and rooms are top notch. Clean and modern. The location is perfect. Close to the village and with a superb view. Breakfast was cooked to your own preferences. Fresh cakes were also served. The owner, Luca, helped us with dinner recommendations and reservations. Also, during our stay we had a mechanical issue with our rental car. Luca helped us in finding a garage for the repair. All in all I highly recommend this property. "

Food was excellent, both the breakfast buffet (outstanding omelette) and the dinner.

It’s small hotel, old building, very well maintained.
Located in small town has everything you need for relax and quiet environment around.
A lot of potential activities around: great swimming pool outside, private beach at the sea with restaurants and bar.
Great spa with caves style seawater pools with different temperatures, jets massage options and special massages and skin treatments.
Excellent service all around.
Huge park area nearby for morning walks or...
"Wir haben diese Unterkunft für eine Nacht als Zwischenstopp genutzt. Eigentlich zu kurz, da es hier so wunderbar war. Sehr schöne Gartenanlage, toller Pool mit hervorragenden Liegemöglichkeiten. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Tolles Zimmer. Auf jeden Fall auch für mehrere Tage empfehlenswert. Sehr freundliches Personal, alles perfekt."

"Sehr schöne Anlage mit viel Garten und schönen Sportanlagen ( Tennis, pool, fittness-studio, ) schöner Privatstrand mit Liegen , etwas ab vom Schuss, wenn man kein Auto dabei hat, da es keine Busverbindung nach San Vincenzo gibt und schon ca 2 km zu laufen. Man kann aber Fahrräder leihen und Taxi kostet 10 Euro."
