"This is a truly unique property in a beautiful, peaceful setting. We stayed in a junior suite and enjoyed the tranquility. We did have a/c in our room, along with a mini fridge and kettle. The service, food and beer were amazing. My only complaint was that the pool was not yet open for use during our stay. "Grande ospitalità e gentilezza dei proprietari del Residence. La camera che mi è stata riservata era pulita con frigobar, completa di accessori con addirittura rasoio per la barba, spazzolini con dentifricio e le ciabatte per la camera. Buona la colazione dolce anche per intolleranti al glutine e al lattosio. Buona e silenziosa la posizione ideale per spostarsi in auto per le varie località da visitare come Rasiglia, Bevagna, Spello, Spoleto ecc.

"Very clean, quiet, friendly helpful staff. Very good breakfast. Spacious room. Comfortable beds room fits three people. Excellent air conditioning. Excellent bathroom with clean towels and adorable packets of toothbrush and other toiletries. Many restaurants in close walking distance. AMAZING VIEW from outdoor terrace and bedroom windows of St Francis Bascillica and countryside. Assisi churches and attractions are all walking distances. 5 stars for everything. "
"This is our second vacation here at La Terazza in Assisi. This time, our visit coincided with World Youth Day. There was singing and dancing within the walls of Assisi. It was wonderful. Then, we could come back to LaTerrazza for a wonderful swim with fantastic views and peace. The Hotel is very new and a perfect mix of old stone and crisp clean white walls and newly remodeled room.

"Tutto molto bene e tranquillo. Siamo stati indirizzati a questo hotel all'ultimo minuto perché la "Terrazza del Subasio", al momento del check in, ci ha detto che la camera non era più disponibile. Un'esperienza terribile, risolta dall' ottimo operatore del call center di Expedia che, in un'ora, ci ha trovato questa sistemazione. Comodissimo, a pochi minuti da Assisi, con una piscina interna coperta molto buona. Buona colazione, non eccezionale, letti comodi e Stanza molto ampia."
"Non sono riuscita a trovare un difetto nemmeno volendo. Forse la prima volta in cui la realtà è meglio delle foto!! Pulizia, pasti eccellenti, panorama da contemplare. La struttura ha un delizioso giardino x godere di giornate en plein Air, e consente di raggiungere il centro sia con i mezzi propri che facendo una passeggiata. La cordialità del Sign Emiliano in particolare, e di tutto lo staff in generale, rende il soggiorno talmente piacevole da volerci ritornare quanto prima!! Ancora grazie!!!"
