1. Twice faced with a same trouble in the sauna. There’s very difficult to find a housekeepers. 2. After the cleaning of our room sleepers weren’t found in the room and weren’t provided anymore

A very good hotel at more than reasonable prices. Should be advised that is a “DRY” hotel, no beers, no alcohol at all.

Helpful & polite staff, cleaners did a great job everyday, close to Muscat airport and free parking at the hotel. I would definitely stay again & recommend for hassle free and quality accommodation.

I was given a room with the shower had no curtain or even a border. The water falls on the bathroom floor. Then it took more time than necessary to get a new room. The new room did not smell nice, and had a broker shower stand. It was not well maintained.

Great choice, comfortable rooms, good location
Just as advertised, the hotel is really great, rooms are spacious and fairly modern. TV have HDMI pass-through if you're interested in watching your own content, but an Apple TV or Chromecast would be appreciated to make it even more useful. Staff is super friendly. Ordered room service at 2am and food was great. Parking is available for free, but the basement has a weird layout that is very tight. Would stay here again without a hassle.

Excellent room and good breakfast. Large very comfortable bed. Air conditioning was a bit cold, and though I tried to set it warmer, it did not seem to make a difference. Nice rooftop pool. Staff extremely friendly and helpful - they even showed me how to use the OTAXI app to get taxis at about 1/2 the price of the hotel's ones! Some good, cheap restaurants are within walking distance.

This is a very nice hotel in middle of everything. All the dinning places are in walking distance and the biggest and best mall of Oman is in the backyard. Entire staff is very courteous, polite and respectful who goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is comfortable, enjoyable and becomes a lifetime memory. Venkatesh at the entrance makes sure that you are taken care of as soon as you walk in. Rose in the restaurant makes sure that you feel like home and she takes care of all the guest like we are their family members. Overall very good experience on a very nice property and the staff makes it even much better.
