"The only issue I had was the bed was hard as concrete. I spend over 20 years in the military and have slept on concrete that was softer. Overall the hotel was nice and don’t have anything to say negative about staff, cleanliness or upkeep, just the bed."

"Paying $300.00 a night was too expensive for what the Hampton Inn offered. Checking in was so unprofessional and unwelcoming. We did not know that our room would only be cleaned every other day. After unpacking, we were uncomfortable at how unkept our room was. It smelled, and the floor had about an inch of dust on it. The friendliest employees were the cleaning staff, so maybe they are understaffed??"
