Very helpful staff. Hotel is close to main attractions and tram station.

My wife and I spent several days here. I like to start out with the good stuff. The location, in old town is great. Walking distance to everything. The hotel. To start, its not a 5 star hotel in any stretch of the imagination. Maybe 3 star at best. Rooms are tiny, nothing fancy here.. No space for any of your personal items in the bathroom on the vanity in the deluxe rooms. switched to a family room (2 beds) and it had much more room.. or as much as you were going to get at this hotel. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was just OK. Nothing special, cold creamy eggs, no sausage, bacon, etc. YES the view is nice! So, in the end, set your expectations down to a 3 star hotel, with some of the smallest rooms you've ever stayed in, and you will be just fine!

The hospitality of the front desk by Mr Shamsudin was very warm and welcoming. He recommended us a better room for our family of 5 at a very good additional rate. We enjoyed our whole stay in Carina as all the staffs were friendly and approachable.
