Very friendly staff and helpful. Gave some great suggestions for restaurants. The city was wonderful and our stay made it even better. Hotel leads right out into the promenade. Fantastic place to stay.

Correct en vriendelijk personeel. Enkel heel jammer dat ondanks het parkeerverbod op de plaatsen vóór het hotel sommige gasten gedurende hun hele verblijf blijven staan op de plaatsen die uitdrukkelijk enkel voor het in- en uitladen van bagage mogen gebruikt worden. Deze praktijken zou het personeel strikt moeten verbieden.

Münster at it’s best

Perfekter Ort in Münster. 10 Min. zum Hbf zu Fuß, direkt am Rundweg um Münster gelegen, ist das der Ausgangspunkt um Münster zu entdecken. Die Bar ist top, Frühstück ebenso. Wir sind zum dritten mal im Mauritzhof.

Ich hätte gerne die Möglichkeit eines Room Services oder offenen Restaurants gehabt. Die Beschreibung des Hotels was hier anders. Auch fehlte ein Bügeleisen und die Dusche war sehr klein.

Sehr zu empfehlendes Premiumhotel der alten Schule. Stilvoll modern eingerichtet, bestens Schallisolierung und hyperbequeme Betten. Freundliches, kompetentes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Die Münsteraner Innenstadt ist fußläufig in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen.

Zuvorkommender Service und ein exzellentes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Das Hotel befindet sich in sehr schöner und zentraler Lage an der „Promenade“ in Münster und ist somit ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Stadterkundungen.

Ein schönes, neues Designhotel. Sehr netter Service und Empfang. Hochwertig eingerichtet Obwohl es neu renoviert ist, fehlt allerdings jeglicher modernen Komfort wie die Möglichkeit Netflix auf dem Fernseher abzuspielen da keine Smart TVs, Lichter die man nachts im Zimmer nicht abschalten kann, Zwang sperrige Schlüssel zu nutzen statt einer Karte, etc Im Restaurant gab es leider auch nicht ein einziges vegetarisches Gericht geschweige denn vegane Möglichkeiten. Zum Frühstück hätte es außer Brot mit Marmelade leider keine vegane Wahl gegeben. Zum Preis von 26 Euro pro Person ist das zu wenig, zumal nicht einmal eine vegane Milchalternative. Die Roomservice Karte könnte auch etwas erweitert werden - derzeitig quasi inexistent

Für einen Aufenthalt zum Sightseeing sehr zu empfehlen. Tolle Lage, sehr freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstücksbuffet, schöne neue Ausstattung. Gute Lärmdämmung, von Straße und anderen Gästen nichts zu hören

Levede fuldt ud op til forventningerne

Vi havde en enkelt overnatning på vej sydpå og det var en rigtig fin oplevelse. Hotellet var rent og pænt og alt fungerede som det skulle. Placeringen er super - parkering på offentlig plads på modsatte side af vejen men det var nemt at komme til.

Mauritzhof is a home-away-from-home! The staff are delightful and the vibe is just right. Really enjoyed my stay immensely! There was only one problem, beyond their control--I sent a favorite suit/shirt out for cleaning and somehow the dry cleaners damaged the suit. Such a pity, but c'est la vie. Great place!!
