The hotel is situated only a few footsteps from the Therme Erding which makes it one of the best choices for a weekend in the world largest thermal spa, the Therme Erding! The welcome was very friendly, rooms are nice and clean!

We booked this place because they advertise a hotel shuttle but they did not have one. The staff was really friendly and the buffet breakfast was amazing.

Great breakfast! Close to the Waterpark. The room was modern and fantastic. Wifi signal was weak. Slept three with a roll out bed very comfortably. Easy parking.

When we got to the hotel, we find it out of the city. Not as accessible as we thought it would be. But when we started exploring, it was not too bad. Train station is walkable, maybe 10-15 minutes walk. Restaurant at the spa is a bit pricey and no grocery store onsite. Small bottled water at the vendo is 3.85 euro. If you are staying at this hotel, I suggest buy your supplies at the airport grocery where everything is way cheaper. Otherwise, Victory GastehausTherme Erding is a nice place to stay.

All in all pretty decent, props to Valentin

Valentin at the front desk was the absolute BEST! So helpful, the best front desk we experienced in Germany. Bread and crossaints at the breakfast were stale. Sheets pretty scratchy and awful pillows. I appreciated the offer of lactose free milk. Rooms are small. There is a small stove area but no utensils. Strange.

I thought this might be a downgrade from the main hotel but this was not the case. Apartment was well designed with all the features one might expect. Breakfast was outstanding. All staff were very welcoming and friendly. Only one suggestion. The power plug outlets could use some instructions as they are not the typical simple plug in types. You need to play around with it to fit the two prongs into the outlet.

Good for an overnight

The Victory Gastehaus was a nice hotel to stay at overnight before flying out the next day. The only issue we had was that they are advertised as kitchenettes which they were, but you are not given any dinnerware, cups, utensils or pans to cook with. There's an extra fee to use them and then once you get them, there's no soap to clean them. When I asked about the soap, I was told I could go to the grocery store to buy some. All other kitchenettes I've ever stayed in provide all the plates, pans etc and either a dishwasher with soap packets or detergent to handwash.

Der Mann an der Rezeption beim Einchecken war sehr nett!!! Um sechs Uhr früh ging der Feueralarm los. Wir sprangen aus dem Bett und gingen nach unten. Ich fragte wo es brennt und bekam die Antwort, das es nicht brennt, wir müssen trotzdem das Gebäude verlassen. Das Küchenpersonal stand an der Tür zum Frühstücksraum und lachte. Es war offensichtlich, das der Fake-Alarm aus der Küche kam. Die Nacht war gelaufen! Dir Feuerwehr kam und ging sofort wieder. Eine Stunde später checkten wir aus. An der Rezeption fragte ich die Frau nach einer Entschädigung für die abgebrochene Nacht, aber es kam nur die freche Antwort, ich soll froh sein, das es nicht wirklich gebrannt hat. Ich kann mich per E-Mail beschweren. Ich finde das eine bodenlose Frechheit! Keine Entschuldigung, nichts. Man hätte auch ein Frühstück als Entschädigung anbieten können, Aber nichts als eine freche Antwort!
