I had a terrible experience at this hotel - 1. First day I was welcomed well and was given an early checkin - however no one helped me with the initial guide to my room and I had to ask around with the staff where the lift is, which floor should i go and i went to the room like finding a location without a map 2. the shower head was not working well 3. during breakfast, my requests we delayed and when i ordered cappuccino(which they suggested i should get), they did not get it to me while i waited for an hour 4. the room order also was delayed by an hour 5. the place is not in a very convenient place and no quick bite or dining places around, majorly it is a slum area I was expecting a better experience however Marriott has disappointed me in every way for my visit to Mumbai this time. I would not recommend this for my peers or for my future stay.

The hotel lobby was filled with mosquitos when we arrived. The buffet was sub par an overpriced. The air conditioner in our room was barely functional (was stuck on fan power of 1)

According to our records, the incident occurred when someone attempted to enter your room through the interconnecting door, which was found unlocked. Upon being notified of your concern, our duty manager promptly met with you to assess the situation and ensure your safety. It was discovered that the door lock had been left open inadvertently. The reception was not so warm. They did not care too much for any of our simple requests. One of the pillow in the room was wet and the room size is way to small compared to how it looks in the pictures. The holiday inn near by is a much better choice at this price point.

Thank you for your service. Special thanks to Shashank and Payal as well as Junior Shashank who looks after level 9 as he has the best customer service and a bubbly personality. What I highly recommend is his smile and always trying to make sure the guest is happy. He has greeted us on level 9 as well as in the restaurant. I can’t tell you how much Shashank and Payal and Junior Shashank guest services level 9 has made us feel at home. ☺️ highly recommended this hotel. Location is awesome as well as scenic view of the airport and planes. You don’t feel like you’re in the busyness and horns and rickshaws everywhere. Highly recommended to come and stay at this hotel

Could do better.
The hotel put me in a room with an airport view. Apparently this was an upgrade but I cannot see why hearing planes all night was an upgrade. The shower kept overflowing. The toilet was so close to the wall in front i couldn't sit down on it. One night room service took 80 minutes despite being told it was a 20 minute wait. Then because of my complaints the rest of my stay was dogged by every manager asking me if they could help. Whilst I know they are trying to help, some element of privacy would have been nice.

Pros: Staff was friendly, room was clean, breakfast was good Cons: Room size was small, not enough bed size options like single King bed room was suite and overpriced i like king size bed 🛌 to sleep 😴 on, there is no free breakfast at Marriott hotels ? I thought brands are offering free breakfast worldwide. Overall good stay i will book again if it’s on my budget.

This was our 2nd stay, because its near the airport and we had an international flight thats in the early mornings. So its convenient near the airport. As mentioned earlier the rooms are small. But the rooms have everything you need. This time we did not go for the breakfast option, because the choices were limited for western food. But you have the basics like omelet etc. Don't expect the primium marriott experience. This is more the business hotel type. If you want a shortstay, close by hotel with all the basic facilities then this is a option.

The property is very close to the airport what makes it very easy to reach the airport when you have frequent flights. The standard rooms are on the smaller side, but the shower is amazing. Very relaxing after a long flight.

It was quite for a good rest after a long trip. The staff was exceptional and the food quality was probably the best in my 100 or so trips to India over the past 50 years.

Excellent hotel for a short layover
Elegant hotel, 5 minutes from the International Terminal in Mumbai. I only stayed 10 hours. Highly recommended for a short layover.

One night near Mumbai Airport
Very helpful staff, especially Vinod and Shashank. Refreshing swim in the lovely rooftop pool. Excellent buffet in the evening and breakfast was good too. There was a noisy conference whilst we were there but it did not detract too much.

Overall very good, 750 rupees for a taxi to terminal 2 is a rip off as I was able to do it for 204 on Uber. Pool should stay open until 10 or 11 not 8. But the hotel, staff, fast Wi-Fi, quality of food and rooms was great and would stay again

It was in an alley where drivers found it hard to get to it. In this case you need to put more signs out for people to see where to get in. Hotel is nice but needs more variety of food selection.
