"Extremely helpful customer service. Excellent check-in time. The only issue we had was a cooling system in our room which took a long time (several hours) to resolve. Otherwise, we had a very enjoyable stay. We have to leave early from the hotel and the hotel made sure they had a take away breakfast ready for us."

"Great place to stay with large, clean rooms and good restaurant. Plenty of parking and a peaceful park adjacent to the property for a quiet stroll. Plenty of shops within a short walk. All of the staff members have been great, but we have to give a special shout out to Clancy who is always professional, courteous and extremely helpful."

"have stayed before, and will no doubt be back again. The famously slow lift (!) wasn't available when we left, but a staff member helpfully guided round the convoluted route to the stairs (lucky we didn't need to find it alone and in a hurry). The food in the restaurant was good, although we didn't try the breakfast. Overall a nice hotel with helpful staff"
