Hotel was fine, but did not exceed expectations. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. However, the walls were thin and we were kept awake because we could easily hear neighbors talking and opening and closing doors.

Love Zaza and this visit did not disappoint. They had good foam pillows and allergy free bedding which can be hard to find at hotels. The water pressure was fabulous and the bed was very comfortable. The service was great too. Will definitely return.

I thought it was great so I'll give a 5. Booking, check-in instructions, communication was easy and responsive. Room was clean and comfortable. Location is really cool. On-site staff was engaging, friendly and helpful. Next time I'm in Austin I'll book there again.
