This was absolutely a trip of a lifetime! The security was top notch, we did enjoy shining our flashlight out of the tent at night to see the "glowing eyes" . The lodge was great with the observation deck for animals and we even had water buffalo near the pool one afternoon while we were sunning with a G&T. The whole propery was clean and comfortable with first class service. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive. We had first class service the entire visit. Our guide through the Serengeti Emmanual was excellent and a wonderful travel companion/expert for the 7 days we were on safari. It was truly a trip of a lifetime and we are left in awe and wonder with all that we saw. All expectations were exceeded and I would highly reccomend this for a true adventure! Don't skip the hot air ballon ride-it was a highlight of the trip.

Beach Safari Holidays curated a perfect 6 day Safari and a very professional and entertaining guide Emmanuel for a private experience every step of the way. We were greeted at each airport and location by friendly guides and enjoyed the Africa Ikoma lodge and Zoi retreat in Zanzibar! Every day after an exciting adventure we could relax by the pool and hang out in the lounge viewing local wildlife and having a nice drink before dinner. We felt completly safe and everything was so clean and lovely it was a luxurious safari. The hot air balloon expeience was such a dream. 6 nights and 7 days in a private villa on Zanzibar was the perfect counterpoint to the safari. It is hard to describe the beauty, peace and calmness of the Serengeti followed by ultimate in luxury seaside resort, with daily spa treatments and the freshest seafood you could every imagine. It all still feels like the most wonderful dream just remembering this time. Thank you for taking care of all the details for us and making our vacation so special.

Ok, but disappointed

Ok experience. Nothing more and nothing less. Two Norwegians pretty used to comfort and good accommodations, and this wasn’t all the way as expected at this price level, even though it’s Serengeti. The staff were very bad in English, so we found ourselves lost in translation very often. Which made planning a safari a bit of a challenge. However, our safari guide was fantastic. The food was ok, but variety was not good at all. The worst: This hotel is MUCH more expensive than they disclose on Hotels.com. I wound up paying almost double for one night when we added lunch and dinner, and EXPENSIVE local taxes which (again) were not disclosed. This should be included in the price to just avoid the irritation.

repeated warm water issues, people on the ground try to be helpful, management just waits until you are gone. Same experience for 2 other groups we talked to, everybody just wants to enjoy their time and rather not keep on trying to get their tents fixed. Very few people are here longer than 3 days.

最高でした。アフリカのセレンゲッティ国立公園横の大草原の中であんなに快適に暮らせるとは想像もしませんでした。 スタッフさんの教育がものすごくよく行き届いていて、日本よりサービスレベルが高いぐらいです。 お料理もびっくりするぐらい美味しいし、お部屋もプールもものすごくキレイだし、トイレもキレイで水の流れもまったく不安がないです。 最高の宿を見つけられてラッキーでした。 ぜひオススメします。

La struttura è veramente suggestiva, il bungalow tendato è tenuto molto bene ed è molto pulito,si trova a pochissimi kilometri dal gate,ottima la colazione e la cena a la carta . Personale gentile e sempre disponibile . Un particolare ringraziamento a Satima.
