if you're looking to get the whole Chongqing experience, do not stay here! The location of this hotel is terrible and it's very far away from all tourist spots. Typically it take us 20 to 30 minutes to call a car from where we are back to the hotel at night. Another thing is I feel like the hotel staff is incredibly unprofessional. They do not wear uniforms and do not greet you at all. Also, the rooms are not soundproof. One night at 2am we literally got woken up by people next-door yelling because the rooms were not soundproof. I would say that the only good thing about the hotel is that it's clean and there's a self service laundry on the eighth floor. But other than that, the location is not great and you can get a hotel for the same price but near jiefangbei.

The front desk staff did an amazing job, they helped us with anything we needed and even went out of their way to help us find the hospital when we needed to go for an emergency. Would stay again 100%!

The hotel is amazing, and the room has a wonderful view overlooking the bridge, the cableway and the skyscrapers. At night time, the room lighting is super efficient and helps highlight the glass windows which give you an ultimate experience. The mirrors all around the room make it very special and it does not seems like you are in a hotel room. The bathtub lights up and is very large, it easily accommodates two people, giving you a unique experience! Very much appreciated was the Nespresso coffee machine and tablets available each morning for us to enjoy. Also, the fridge was equipped every day with fresh drinking water, much needed during our stay because the weather was sunny and hot. The bed and mattress were very comfortable and the sheets very soft, also had very comfy pillows (the extra pillows were very much appreciated too!). The staff was professional, polite and friendly and there was always one person who spoke English, making communication and our stay much smoother. Super fast check-in process. Overall, a great experience! Highly recommended!
