"When I arrived to Machu Picchu they told me I could not ck in because they had problem with the water system. They had found me a different hotel to stay in which I accepted because I had no other option. This place did not meet my expectations. Do not reserve this place."

"Awful-there was no road access to the building-had to walk each day with luggage to the hotel from a distant adjacent road for 10plus minutes.COULD NOT BELIEVE IT.Contacted hotel.com immediately-Nothing was resolved to our satisfaction-A REAL let down from HOTEL.COM.To top it off, there was no hot ..."
