Bedroom is separate from the living room. Bed was comfortable. The shower was very nice, plenty of hot water. Only drawback was at nights the motorcycles and cars with no/loud exhausts would race up and down the street. Even with windows closed, blinds drawn and earplugs in it was very difficult to sleep.
