"I wouldn’t say this is the cleanest best western we stayed at during our 9 days. Some mold in the bathroom, difficult to figure out how to get shower warm. Carpet does not feel clean. So many recliners sitting in corners, multiple paint colors, stuff on the walls and counters makes it feel cluttered."

The room keys kept deactivating so there were numerous trips to the front desk to collect new room key cards. I will not be staying at this hotel on my next trip to Everett"

"We didn’t stay because after I paid I was told there was no elevator. My wife is disabled and couldn’t climb the stairs. They said Expedia had it listed as not having an elevator. I just checked and it didn’t state there was no elevator. I also looked at their website and I don’t see anything saying there is no elevator. So I lost over $450 that night. We ended staying in our car."
