Great location - near shops, plus free tea and coffee throughout the day

This hotel repeatedly exceeded expectations! Firstly, the room was really nice - big, clean, comfortable, nice decor, good shower (including the shampoo, etc). Secondly, you couldn't ask for a better location in Palo Alto. It's central, close to all the bars and restaurants, and very close to the Cal train. Finally - and this was what impressed me the most - the staff go above and beyond expectations unlike anywhere I've seen. They brought me surprise treats when I merely mentioned that I had a...

Our stay at Sonesta Silicon Valley was outstanding. The hotel feels modern, fresh, and welcoming, with stylish interiors and a comfortable atmosphere. Our room was spacious, spotless, and well-appointed, with a super comfortable bed that made for a great night’s sleep. The staff were friendly and attentive, making check-in smooth and ensuring we felt well taken care of throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the pool and fitness facilities, which were well maintained and a nice bonus. The...

The foyer is where you 1st start your journey with this hotel. Clean, beautifully designed with proper Spanish music to welcome you. The reception staff are so helpful and welcoming. There was an issue with our room and we were upgraded to king size balcony rooms which were stunning, overlooking the beautiful...

It just seemed unnecessary when something used for a few minutes can stick around in the environment for hundreds of years. If Homewood Suites put as much effort into cutting down...

Definitely worth the stay
