"Beautiful view but there are many steep stairs to get to the rooms. It is more for a romantic stay. The restaurant was good but limited. There is a nightclub in the other side of this hotel and you can hear the music until late at night."

"The staff are amazing -- everyone was incredibly helpful and professional. The room was good sized and very clean. The hotel grounds are lovely, with a very nice pool, private beach, and gardens. The breakfast buffet is varied and delicious, and the restaurant serves alcohol in the afternoon and evening. We liked the Jayakarta so much that we stayed there twice. We will happily stay there again on our next visit."

Hotel arranged airport transfer and the driver was waiting upon our arrival. Check in and check-out was smooth and all staff went out of their way to make sure our stay was excellent. "Absolutely amazing, this resort really is something special. We stayed in a room over the water for 11 nights. Luckily, we were allocated the room at the very end of the jetty. Rooms are allocated on an availability basis, we would have been happy with any of them. It’s the staff who make it, nothing is a problem & everyone knows their job. But when I enter to the room, I saw 3 bad things. 1st the sink had a quire big fracture. 2nd the toilet was very terrible. 3rd I saw a blood stain on the blanket. So I informed the receiptionis all about the bad things. The receiptionis told me to change the room. Finally, I got the news proper room. "
