Mount Azumaya

Staff was helpful during check in. Rooms are clean, average space and simple. Water pressure in the shower is top tier! Room was nice and cold.

Great location, just 5 mins walk to Ueno Station / Subway with restaurants, ,shopping stores, supermarket, convenience stores nearby. Room is spacious. The in suite Washer / Dryer is a plus for this family trip. Friendly staffs . The only minor comment is the house keeping is just so so.

The staff was delightful and committed to the highest service, clearly caring about their work. The hotel room was comfortable, well-designed, with nice bath products, a deep tub and comfortable beds. The room was big by Tokyo standards, and the Ueno neighborhood is lovely, my favorite neighborhood we stayed in Tokyo. Nohga’s restaurant is also outstanding!
