"The front desk was nice and helpful her name is Brittany. The managers can use a little finesse when dealing with guests sometimes they can come off a little strong I guess it’s just a personality but if your working as a customer manager you should adjust your attitude to be more a little friendly and not come off as a bit abrasive."

"There was no parking available at the hotel so we had to park in the hospital lot. We still were charged $10. When I am paying over $200 for a night, I would think self parking would be free. Or at least have enough parking."

"Found a roach in my bathroom otherwise fine"

"Really lovely hotel in a good location. Good breakfast too. The highlight was the staff - all so lovely and friendly."

"I was in town for a conference, which took place at the Graduate. My room was very clean, which means a lot to me. I asked for extra towels and a couple of other items and the gentleman who delivered them to my room was very professional and friendly. The staff at the bar in the lobby were also great!"
