"within walking distance of both the beach and the Old Town, and the area felt very safe. Unfortunately, the rooms are extremely small. There was no space in the bathroom to put toiletries, and with two people and our luggage, we could barely move around the room. It was very inconvenient. I also found insects in the bathroom, and the bed sheets had holes in them, which was disappointing. The building is old but has been renovated. However, the hotel offers very limited amenities. "The rooftop restaurant was fantastic, with a great atmosphere, delicious food, and beautiful views. It was one of the highlights of our stay. The location was amazing, just one street from the ocean, with a beautiful beach club right in front of the hotel. Everything was conveniently nearby, making it the perfect place to stay. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely come back."

"Schönes Hotel in sehr guter Lage direkt an der Strand Promenade mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung. Ca. 20 Min. Zu Fuß vom Bahnhof. Schöne, moderne und saubere Zimmer mit gemütlichen Betten. Nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Etwas hellhörig. Im Eingangsbereich und auf den Fluren roch es leider immer wieder unangenehm nach Abwasser o.ä."

"What a lovely spot! Hôtel de Provence is the sweetest hotel in Cannes. It’s quiet and peaceful but still close to the beach and restaurants. We really enjoyed our balcony, as well as the outdoor seating areas, and the staff were wonderful! We absolutely recommend staying here."

"Beach view room was very beautiful. Room was surprisingly very large which was nice. Property is set in an excellent location that allows you to really explore the city. Staff was very helpful in getting luggage in and out of the building. We did not make use of the amenities but definitely would come back and stay here."

The location is brilliant and is in short walking distance to most of Cannes hottest spots, as well as the train station. The staff were very helpful and friendly, at both reception and the cleaning staff. Not a bad word to say about our stay and would love to stay again on our next visit.
