+ Большая территория Прокат лыж, коньков, санок, снегокатов Хорошая цена - Сервис. Нельзя было купить обычной воды, но была вода в кулере на ресепшн. Периодически не работал лифт. В комнате были фантики от предыдущих жильцов. Алкоголь не было на обеде во второй час обеда, хотя он был включён.

Отдыхали на выходных с друзьями. Заселялись около 20 часов. Заранее просили, чтобы нам были номера примерно в одном месте, в итоге на разных этажах дали номера. В самих комнатах было постельного белья, полотенец на 2 человека. Мы сходили попросили ещё по 2 комплекта на номер чтобы принесли. В итоге через почти час пошли снова спрашивать где наши полотенца. Опять одни обещания и ничего. После чего пришла горничная передала 4 полотенца, но они все были маленькие, даже не средних размеров. Больших полотенец даже и не подразумевалось нам давать. Мы пошли опять на ресепшн для того, чтобы уточнить эти моменты и заодно узнать в каком ресторанчике можно покушать. Нам сказали, что в ресторане сегодня свадьба, другие кафе на территории не работают, закажите в номер еду room service. Скрепя зубами мы пошли по номерам, чтобы заказать покушать. Однако позвонив туда, нам сказали, что повар ушёл домой уже и сегодня готовить нам никто не будет. А это ещё около 9 вечера было. Попытавшись выяснить беспредел, который творится мы решили заказать блюда с Яндекс Еды. На следующий день я забронировал беседку на вечер, сказав, что на 19 часов нам она нужна. Там висела реклама, что в День Рождения в подарок беседка на 3 часа. Мне не хотели давать этот подарок ссылаясь на не актуальную информацию на стенде. Но я их уговорил. В итоге когда подошёл к времени сказали, что у вас на 8 беседка и нужно все же оплачивать. В нашей беседке ничего не убрали, столы не протерли, ничего не подготовили. Не советую

Le cadre est très bien. Les équipements sont bien voir plus. Le seul bémol à cet établissement est que personne ne parle ou comprend correctement l'anglais surtout les personnes de la réception ou du point de sécurité.

Отель идеально подходит как для отдыха с детьми, так и вдвоем. Мы брали номер стандартный двухместный в 3-ем корпусе, номер очень чистый. Завтраки отличные, еда свежая. Природа вокруг изумительная, запах хвои ощущается сразу при въезде на территорию отеля. Во время нашего заезда работала анимация как для детей, так и для взрослых. Ребята молодцы! Бассейн достаточного размера, вода чистая. А вот сауна маловата, иногда не хватало мест всем. В тренажёрном зале никогда не бывает народа, подборка тренажёров неплохая. На территории есть ''Восточный дворик", там готовят очень вкусный плов, манты, шурпу. Отдыхом в целом довольны, кроме заезда: нас не могли найти в системе бронирования, девушка на ресепшн была совсем неприветливая.
