How is possible that in 2022 a hotel staff in a European Capital don't speak English? The room are too small ,too hot and there is not a proper ventilation or air conditioning system, it's really suffocating and unhealthy . The staff is promising you to register you to the local police but they won't do it for real. There was a bad smell every time the tap water was running and the shower did not keep the temperature stable. I have been staying at the 4th floor and I was very sick for a few days and there's not elevator, and despite this, ,the staff did not let the guys of food delivery to bring food and drinks directly to my room.

Все очень круто, в номере есть все что нужно. Не очень далеко от метро, есть нормальные перекусы. Из минусов попалась комната без окна и не самая хорошая звукаизоляция

They didnt find the reservation at first, after all the time we have been waiting they gave us only one room (i had 2 in my reservation). The room had bas smell and the bathroom was in bad condition.

pessimo lugar, longe de tudo, sujo, mal atendiment

O lugar fica a 800 mts do metro. A recepção não falava inglês, ficava toda hora pedindo pra falar ao telefone com uma pessoa que entendia. O quarto, banheiro, cama, tudo pequeno. Não arrumaram o quarto. Horrível experiência.

kleines einfaches Hotel

Ein kleines, einfaches Hotel in Moskau, laufnah bei der Metro und auch sonst sehr gut an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel angebunden. Ein kleiner Supermarkt in der Nähe versorgte uns mit allem Notwendigen - wäre aber im Hotel auch erhältlich gewesen (mit Preiszuschlag). Frühstück ist für russische Verhältnis sehr gut - lecker und preiswert. Sehr freundlicher Service im Restaurant/ Imbiss. Die Damen am Empfang waren etwas schwierig und sprechen kaum Englisch - was es für uns etwas schwierig machte. Die Zimmer sind völlig in Ordnung - nichts Luxuriöses und wenig Platz, aber dafür ist der Preis echt okay. Alle sind freundlich und zuvorkommend - wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Если это деловая поездка и номер нужен только чтобы переночевать - очень хорошее решение за очень небольшой бюджет. Номер также очень небольшой, при этом предусмотрено все необходимое чайник, кофе-чай, даже микроволновка, посуда. Для полного счастья я бы добавил только тапочки и коврик около входной двери. Все достаточно чисто и удобно, на ресепшене можно купить: воду, пиво, перекус, бритвенные, зубные принадлежности. в общем за свои деньги - супер предложение. Местоположение выбирали с коллегами согласно нашим деловым планам.

не первый раз останавливаюсь, соотношение цена-качество устраивает.Но в этот раз пустые номера были не убраны, заезжал в 17.00 ( заселение официально с 14.00), пришлось ждать пока наведут порядок.Но качество уборки оставляет желать лучшего, весь номер был в волосах.Очень неприятно
