Na realidade não é um ressort de 5 estrelas, os quartos sim, mas tudo o resto pobre, snooker partido, piscina e outros equipamentos a necessitar de melhorias a equipa muito Junior e inclusivamente mal educada, num acesso à receção um dos elementos estava a falar mal da chefia com asneiras e maus modos etc...

O hotel está em constantes reformas e o atendimento fica a desejar em época de baixa temporada como foi o nosso caso. É a segunda vez que nos hospedamos e talvez procuremos outra opção.

Positives: - Beautiful location near a lake, large swimming pool. Negatives: - Apartment I stayed in is in need of a refurb and missing amenities e.g only one hair drier in a 6 guests flat, no ironing board or anywhere to hang clothes in one of the rooms. - Poor service - booked a boat trip at the hotel’s marina through reception, on the day and time booked no one was there, had to call reception twice to be told boat needs maintenance. Also let them know this was a special occasion (birthday), no acknowledgment at all during our stay, also not all services were open e.g pool bar or other bars closing very early and there was clearly staff shortages impacting on cleaniness of the communal areas. Also some staff were not very attentive either. Overall certainly not up to 5* standards.

Die 5 Sterne Klassifizierung ist sicher übertrieben, die Lage ist sehr schön, die Schwimmbecken sind großzügig, die Wohnungen sind auch gross aber das allgemeine Ambiente ist eher Ferienclub 3 Sterne, die Einrichtungen der Wohnungen entsprechen keinem 5 Sterne Standard, der Frühstücksraum ist eher eine Schulkantine, viel Krach, kein Service, ebenso die Außenanlagen, es gibt keine gemütliche Hotelbar für Abends mit 5 Sternestandard auch keine Minibar in den Wohnungen

Lækkert resort

Resortet ligger i skønne, naturlige omgivelser - og billederne af idyllen passede faktisk med virkeligheden. Nærmeste supermarked var ca. 10 km. væk, og man skal være opmærksom på, at der er langt til alt (så det kræver bil/lejebil at bo der). Personalet var venligt og meget hjælpsomt; fx manglede der en proptrækker i boligen, hvilket blev fremskaffet og sendt til lejligheden i løbet af 20 min. Der var et meget højt serviceniveau, fx med daglig rengøring af lejligheden, hvilket vi ikke har været vant til i andre ferieboliger. Lejligheden var kæmpestor (med 3 soveværelser) og med god plads til alle. Vi kunne dog godt have brugt nogle flere terrassemøbler (der var kun 2 stole og intet bord eller fx solsenge). Endvidere var der ikke strømstik til opladning af mobiler mv. i alle værelser - det ville have været rart. Langt de fleste gæster var portugisere. Det er nok også grunden til, at der sjældent var skiltet på engelsk (fx var ugens aktiviteter på resortet og dagens menu i restauranten kun på portugisisk). Morgenmaden var rigtig fin - især var den friske frugt god (men brødet lidt kedeligt). Til aften var der buffet, der var lækker, men dog ret ens de fleste dage - lidt større variation kunne have været fint. Én ting irriterede i restauranten: tjenerne stod på spring for at fjerne ens tallerkener, næsten inden vi havde spist færdig, så man næsten kunne blive helt stresset. Men måske er det kulturelt betinget....

L'appartement de l'hôtel est très agréable. Le personnel ne parle pas du tout Francais. Pas de Room- service, sinon très cher (il fallait repayer les petits déjeuners plus 10 euros soit 30 euros par jour.) La literie est propre mais le lit laisse à désirer au niveau confort. Au restaurant, nous n'avons pas aimé la soirée buffet (plats froids qui auraient dus être chauds) . Pour un 5 étoiles, nous avons été un peu déçus, par rapport à l'année dernière quand nous étions dans un 5 étoiles à Faro au sud du Portugal.

Estrutura muito nova e muito boa. Os quartos são, na verdade, “apartamentos” dispostos por uma espécie de condomínio, sendo que a sede é onde fica a recepção, restaurante e o clube. Lugar fantástico!

Uitstekend voor een kort verblijf

Alles is zeer correct verlopen. De kamer was proper en ontzettend groot. Restaurant zeer groot, zeer vriendelijke bediening, lekker gegeten en absoluut niet duur voor hetgeen je krijgt. Spijtig van het koude weer (maar wat verwacht je in april), want de buitenzwembaden zagen er prachtig uit. Klein minpunt: veel aanduidingen, o.a. in zwembad, zijn onduidelijk of enkel in Portugees. Hoewel het personeel uitstekend Engels kan zijn aanduidingen of instructies altijd enkel in Portugees. Zijn 2 volledige dagen gebleven en hebben Coimbra, Buçaco Palace en Viseu bezocht. Zeker aanraders, maar verder is er in de directe omgeving niet zo ontzettend veel te bezichtigen.

O espaço que contem todos os serviços funciona muito bem e está muito bem conservado e apresentado. Às habitações falta-lhes um pouco de requinte, perdido talvez pelo anos que já tenham de utilização. A repetir seguramente.

Hotel muito agradável para estar com amigos. Já nota algum desgaste mas as zonas comuns estão impecáveis. Tivemos o azar de ficar sem luz da 1h ás 14h devido à tempestade mas nada que hotel pudesse resolver.. O pequeno almoço estava excelente mesmo nessas circunstancias

Beautiful spot. The service in the dining room is a little slow but I think it may be the Portuguese way: when we arrive in the dining room and they seat you at the table, they do not offer a drink right away, not water or wine, you have to wait 5-10 minutes. It’s quite disconcerting for me as a Canadian as we like to be served a drink, even water, when we sit down. Also the lighting in the dining room is more befitting a big department store than a dining room. We asked to turn the lights down, which they did in our area. But there was a couple with a baby in a stroller under the bright lights. The food was excellent. I couldn’t get a massage appointment, they were all booked up although there was hardly anyone at the resort. The pool area is gorgeous. We did rent a kayak for anhour. We kayak often, have our own kayaks but this one was a little heavy, harder to manipulate as were the oars.

Fim de semana espetacular, com o tempo a ajudar, e para repetir. Paisagem linda, boas instalações, pessoal simpático..... Magnífico.
