Unique, historic building. Staff very engaged and accommodating.
The area around the hotel - Plaza Chica - is a little hectic/chaotic during the day because of construction.
This is a beautiful property. The hotel was adequately decorated for the season. Its centrally located and the staff is very attentive. I highly recommend this hotel.
Front desk staff were not helpful and quite rude most of the time but everyone else working there was very kind. The room lighting was poor. Clean hotel overall but extremely pricey for what you get.
Staff was not very profesional. At the desk they did not have even a city map.

No comments. See above statement.
find your own parking. carry your suit cases to the hotel
delay of half hour before chech in. Long walk and several stairs to get to your room.No elevator, Breakast poor quality and expensive. Drinks and food 3 times more expensive..than any restaurant.
Not friendly nor helpful staff. For the amount I ridiculously paid, there was no coffee nor air conditioning. Would not recommend.

No parking,no coffe, early in the morning loud in the restaurant, during the day room is hot no a/c,no ceiling fan for air circulation, can't rest during the day because, room is hot,the door of the room have a gap on the side,about1/2 inch, rest privacy, room is only for take a shower and sleep at night till 7AM.
Had stayed with the chain, but when we arrived they wanted to charge another 600 pesos/night for a documented service dog, doubling the room rate. We waited 2.5 hrs to have gratefully Expedia resolve this. We booked a king, but we’re given a double room at the end of the hotel without hall lights and no ventilation. Don’t get the breakfast option as it is overpriced with lots of food options in the square (200 yards away). The town was great, but the front desk and general manager have no idea what customer service or hospitality is all about. It dampened our excitement for this town.

Second day water was not available. Went to advise the lady in the front regarding the water and she flat out lied stating the entire hotel was out when our friends and family had water. Just flat out inexcusable to lie. Never once apologized and when asked to speak to the manager she refused. It was the lady that’s upfront in the AM on a Tuesday. Just won’t recommend this hotel when visiting Paztcauro. Unfortunate .

Seguramente regresaremos pronto.
