Good location and clean rooms. I just did not like that you have to pay for the breakfast on the spot. They don’t allow you to just charge it to the room. The employees are watching you closely and bring a card reader to you asking you how much you want to tip upfront.

Hotel was in a very nice location next to a shopping center with great food options. Very nice and clean. But front desk never informed that I had VIP access so I wasn't able to enjoy that perk.

We Couldn’t rest well

It was my worst stay to rest. Everything was good but the problem had was the stuff cleaning at midnight, they woke up my baby, we can heard a utility cart going back and forth through the hallway at midnight

Rooms was very small, it had a great view of the city but the windows were so dirty that you couldn’t take a nice picture. The sink didn’t have a plug. Everything looked modern but cheaply made. When we arrived no one came to the car to help with the luggage, even though they saw us they waited until we were at the reception.

I recently stayed at Fiesta Inn Amtozanoand while there were some drawbacks, the overall experience was positive. The room was impeccably clean, which is always a top priority for me. The housekeeping staff clearly takes great care in maintaining the rooms. That said, there were a few things that could be improved. As a VIP guest, I was supposed to receive a complimentary beverage, but unfortunately, it never arrived. The room was smaller than I anticipated, and the layout wasn’t ideal—having the bathroom door directly facing the bed was a bit uncomfortable. Additionally, the soap dispenser in the bathroom didn’t work, which was inconvenient. I was also surprised to find that I was charged for parking, even though it was supposed to be complimentary. This felt like a bit of a letdown. Despite these issues, the cleanliness and the overall ambiance of the hotel were commendable. With a few adjustments, this could easily be a fantastic stay.

Although the staff was polite and friendly, the rooms and hotel is very mediocre. Not clean, stuffy smell with no ventilation, obvious water damage with mold, moldy smell throughout, and the rooms are tiny! Overall a very unpleasant stay with the rooms being so smelly & stuffy & no windows to open.

The Hotel is inside a private “high end” mall/ shopping center. Had to pay for parking every time we would leave the property. The staff were not helpful or friendly. Only friendly staff were the cleaning maids. The location of the hotel is up on the hill away from the city, driving down hassle.
