"Had a lovely time, the staff were very helpful as I am disabled. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was great. We will definitely be back going again."

"Our hotel room was a bit dated and was far too hot with no way of cooling it down. There was also no fridge. The food was fine, although there were a lot of prepacked foods used (such as pancakes at breakfast, bean burger at dinner). We also ordered packed lunches for our hike and they were quite basic for the £17.50 they cost and they were also quite squashed when they were given to us (the banana was a bit mouldy too as well as being very bruised). The pool was amazing and we all loved it and although we didn't use the spa it looked lovely too. The changing rooms were far too hot though which made getting dressed very uncomfortable. The staff were all lovely, especially at reception, really chatty and friendly. With a few little improvements I feel this could be a fantastic hotel."

"-Maintenence issues, shower door broken, headboard broken. Sheets didn't fit the bed. TV in wrong position. Shower at the wrong height. Small lift Maze like +Carpet clean Sheets/ towels clean Door locked properly. Toilet flushed properly Water pressure ok Staff polite/friendly Lift worked Fire escape signage"

"Our stay was absolutely wonderful!. The room was spotlessly clean, with fresh linens and everything well maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly, especially Dylan the hotel manager, and Clinton..the night porter went above and beyond for us, attentive and always ready to help with a smile. And the beach view from our room was breathtaking-waking up to the sea and watching the sunset was the perfect touch to our trip. We’d definitely come back again!"
