They were able to answer any questions I had about the city and gave me great suggestions for places to visit while here. The only downside that I experienced is the lack of parking at the hotel. Even though I paid for parking I was not always assured a parking space in their lot. So I did have to go move my vehicle early in the morning so I did not get a ticket. This hotel is a must visit. "
