"The front desk staff and the manager was rude, she would not even look at me while talking . I called in the morning they said my room was ready to check in. I arrived early and they said it wasn’t anymore so I had to wait in my car. I asked why nobody called to tell me it wasn’t ready anymore and the manager said “we don’t call people”. So it was a waste of time going early. The hand soap in my room was already used , it was not a new packaged bar of soap. The pool was very cold, hot tub was cold, no staff assisting with the water slide . No clean towels in pool area. Will not be going back. "

"Everything was excellent except my wife and I thought that for a $30 valet charge, someone should come out and get your luggage and open and close the doors for you. Especially if it’s raining. We thought everything else was 10 out of 10!"

"The room was clean, but small. Breakfast was a disappointment because the food wasn't replenished when it was gone."

"The room was very dusty and the mattress was smaller than the bed frame.The bathroom needs to be updated bad shower floor is very slippery grout is all cracked.... we had to pay $20 a night to park witch is fine but my husband had to go in an ask him to open gate ."

"Place needs updated. Pealing paint broken moldings poor drainage in shower and sink. Outside broken pallets by door. Trash in the ditches by parking lot. Sprinkler fire system out of order"

"The room smelt poorly of pet urine. Thermostat batteries were dead upon check in, 2nd thermostat batteries also died the same night, causing the room to become very cold. The window screens were missing and windows UNABLE TO LOCK due to broken locks, which is a massive safety issue since widows are large and ground level! Fireplace in the room was non functional and falling literally apart, we had the front pieces of trim fall off several times over the two day stay as well as were awoken by a raccoon inside the fireplace from a broken open exhaust flu. Bathroom was ATROCIOUS with what looked like vomit overspray running down the walls and in the corner of the floor in front of the toilet!!!! Hard uncomfortable bed. Jacuzzi tub practically unable to be used as there is no easy nor safe way to get in and out of it and the faucet is broken so it sprays water on the floor. Overall a horrid experience from a hotel chain that is supposed to be upscale! "
