"Clean comfortable room and bed. Staff friendly. It was very annoying when desk clerk programmed my room key wrong and I had who back down to the desk leaving my suitcase at the room door since I had my 5 year old grandson with me. Then she had given me the wrong room "

"Excellent after hours service for both check-in and valet parking. The staff were extremely welcoming. The room was very spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The hotel clearly takes a lot of pride in being part of local history and of the community. The Bottleworks neighborhood location is convenient for Indianapolis and also a cool spot that is rather quieter but still has decent amenities. I would definitely return and recommend. "

"Love the architectural elements of this well maintained facility. The train care rooms are a wonderful novelty. Staff was courteous, helpful and extremely pleasant. There is currently major road construction that was a bumber bit the facility has no control over but went out of their way to ease this. The only complaint I have is that the airconditioning was very loud. But over all a wonderful facility. Would recommend."

"The valet parking was very expensive for my vehicle to be parked in an outside uncovered lot near other nearby city lots that were about $15 cheaper. One of the valets offered to assist me with the rolling cart to my room and left me in the lobby without returning to assist. Valet parking needs improvements."

"It was the worst. There was loud music outside the window all night, the staff did nothing about it. The toilet was broke, the staff did nothing. When a new room was request they said they could not accommodate, because the manager was not there. We were told we had to”catch the manager because she did not come in at a scheduled time. I left a message for her to call me, she never followed up. When we were preparing to leave the cleaning staff came in took our food, beverages and personal objects that we were packing in the car and said they thought we left. We had not checked out or turned in keys. As a matter of fact we still had a day on our reservation. Very poor quality hotel for such a nice city."
