Cons: No restaurant, This is an Old-Style Hotel - Needs Update. Shower struggles to stay Warm, The Heat/AC is controlled by hotel (not individual room). Remote for TV did not work. Lamp at bed needs repair.

Free upgrade and birthday chocolate at check in! They were really sweet! The room was super clean and loved that there was breakfast included. We had an amazing stay! Will return if we come back to NYC and recommend it to friends.

Loved this hotel especially the huge swimming pool and the location right by the lake. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The rooms were clean with all the necessary facilities. It’s a place we would return to!
