L’ambiente era caldo, cosa non del tutto scontata dappertutto. Anche perché abbiamo avuto due giorni abbastanza freddi, umidi e piovosi. I bagni erano molto puliti, grandi e con tutto il necessario anche se condiviso. Amelie è molto gentile, sorridente e disponibile. "It looks like the business is starting from scratch with this econcierge thing. I think they need experience to find the correct balance. I was there for two days, the only rubbish bin in my room was a very small one in the bathroom. It may work for one night stay but if someone stay few days they may fill up the room with rubbish. Experience should put these new business niggles right."

"We stayed in the Rhubarb room and lived the complete kitchen with a huge wet bar! Also having a coffee table and comfortable chairs/sofa was nice. Plenty of beds (5) for most families. The check in process was slightly confusing. Read the email carefully. The entry door was tough to find but it is right by the Restaurant du Banneret. The location was perfect, right by the Chateau.
