The overall state of the room wasn’t up to standard. The linens were clean but that was about it. There were chips in the walls and I found multiple bugs in my room.

The inside of these rooms are very junky and not clean they left trash on our bed they are not safe for our daughter the front staff is very rude and I seen them in person raising prices to over 200 a night because rooms were limited but yet their rooms really aren't worth more than about 50 to $60 a night if that I would avoid this place at all cost do not stay here

There were ants in the bathroom, a dirty towel hanging on the back of the door in the bathroom, no hand /bath soap, no drinking cups, and the TV did not work. The staff was not able to get the TV to work. There were 3-4 flies in the room.

I never checked in because I was trying to book into Montrose Pennsylvania as I was traveling thru New York State. Your site set me up in the wrong state. I booked a room in Pennsylvania via a different way. I expect a refund

There were bugs in the room, hair in our toilet, the sheets had a yellow stain on them. We had to use our own blankets because it was so disgusting. I called to complain and the receptionist gave me a bad attitude and said thats all they had.
