Another Great Stay

Great little family run guest house we use for business stays in Montrose. It is 2 Min walk from the High Street and within a very short walking distance to the Train Station and bus stops.

Small Business Trip - Return Visit

I have used this guest house previously to house several members of staff and this trip was our VP of the company, booking was great and Kate was very friendly and helpful.

Nice clean B&B. Helpful owner

The owner Kate was very nice and helpful during my stay. A nice wee B&B so close to the high street but quiet enough not to hear late goers I would definitely stay again.

En suite room was clean & well equipped.Although no cooked breakfast available the fridge & food basket provided plenty selection : choice of cereals,fresh fruit,pastries,yogurts,fresh juice,milk,tea & coffee. Toiletries were provided,lovely big white towels. Host was very friendly & available if needed. Location is excellent just behind the main street so walking distance to most amenities. No parking at the premises but on the street with no charge.

Place was ok. Breakfast was left outside ur door. Same thing every morning. Good location from train station, less than a 5 minute walk, and the main square about a minute walk

Home away from home

Great welcome and made to feel at home, the guest house was spotlesly clean. Plenty to eat at breakfast and delivered to your room. Very central for shops, train and bus services, will stay again

A good place to stay in Montrose.

A very pleasant stay. The hosts were excellent being available but not too available! The room was a good size and comfortable and a continental breakfast provided in the room. Plenty of free street parking. Montrose does not have a lot to offer as a town but not the fault of the b + b. Would stay again.

Great wee place to stay and good breakfast basket. Would of been good to have a hair dryer in the room and shampoo in the bathroom but that was not the end of the world! We still loved our stay.

Lovely Georgian house in a great location not far from the railway station and the high street. Comfortable and clean and our host could not have been more helpful.

Fortunately the guest house was quiet over the weekend but I found walking down the corridor, passing other rooms, to use the bathroom at 3am unpleasant.
