"The location of the hotel is excellent and overlooking the lake. The hotel and staff were very good. We had an issue with our tv and they sorted it out for us. "Absolutely beautiful property. I wish they had parking available but a lot is conveniently next door. Also wish we hadn’t been there during the preparation for Jazz Fest which blocked the view of the lake and promenade a bit but that was just our timing and certainly not the hotels fault."
