Easy check in, restaurants are great. Only thing is, we had no hot water for a shower. Just took a super quick shower. Really walkable to many restaurants.

Good and comfortable stay. We got the basic double bed room, everything was great. The room is quite small but it was fine for what we needed. For some reason Netflix can’t be chromecasted to the TV. There’s also no pool on the premise. They have a luggage room and were able to check us in at 3 without any questions when we arrived!

Lobby area was nice looked updated. Then I went to the second floor where my room was at... The carpets were gross, First noises were two people wrestling in their room. Walls felt thin. Construction on the roads near by and the floor I stayed on which seemed to continue early on.

The parking provided by the hotel was so inconvenient and expensive. There was no water in the fridge and not available in the front counter the only option was to buy from a vending machine! The price was not ok compared with the service provided!

in the Heart of downtown. Situated in a great location, it's close to all the historical and modern attractions downtown. The room was good - it was spacious, very clean, and had a warm bathroom. What impressed me most was the ability to adjust the room temperature to my liking, even higher than 24 degrees Celsius, most modern places restrict this, making it uncomfortable for cold nights. While the building may show its age compared to others in the area, the upkeep was superb, and it didn't detract from the overall experience. One of the highlights for me was the delightful scent of the shampoo and toiletries provided. The staff were wonderful - friendly, polite, and incredibly helpful. Bed was comfortable and clean. Overall, my stay was a good experience . From the convenient location to the clean and comfortable room, and helpful staff, I would highly recommend this hotel.

This was the worst experience. The staff could not figure out the payment system. The noise level was so excruciatingly loud you could barely sleep. The furniture had burn marks on them. I will never come back to this hotel. So upset about wasting my money.

For a budget hotel the rooms were quiet, nice and comfortable. Bed good Shower good Just had a problem getting a copy of the bill when leaving. I guess the clerk was new and not properly trained?

I spent 2 nights there with no sleep ,in the 4th floor lots the noises, the floor needs to be clean specially in the room, no parking I have to pay and park faraway a filthy parking, I won’t go back there on that place I regretted I spent my money there.

Vida c,Thank you taking the time in reviewing us.In reference to your comments if there was noise on the the 4th floor the first night why did you not ask to changeroom.Also the floor has been renovated and again if the floor in the room why did you not ask to move room.As for the parking we have no control of this so we can't answer to your comment and normally the parking we send people to we have never had this complaint. You are entitled to not come back its your option.
